Terms and Conditions

The $69 plus tax premium per property per booking mandatory insurance is added to your account for your convenience and peace of mind. Whilst you remain responsible for any damages that are not covered by this policy, by paying the insurance premium you will not be charged for damages that are clearly accidental and of an incidental nature (upto $1500 maximum). Written terms and condition specific to the insurance policy are available upon request. With the exception of the foregoing you understand that you are responsible for the cost of any damage or breakages sustained to the property or its contents by any member of your party or yourself or for any excessive cleaning charges or garbage disposal. You agree that any relevant costs together with the cost of any additional services requested should be charged to the credit card provided to confirm this booking (where relevant) or as otherwise provided to us.

All IPG homes are non-smoking. Smoking of any kind in the property will incur a fee of $400.

IPG requires that payment is made in full 60 days prior to your arrival for all reservations located within the central Florida/Orlando area. Payment is required 120 days prior to arrival for all reservations located in the Bonita Springs/Fort Myers Beach area.

No pets of any kind are allowed in the property at any time unless the property description clearly states “Pets Allowed”. A non-refundable fee of $400 will apply for each pet in a property regardless of the length of that pet’s stay. Where pets are found to have stayed in a property where pets are not allowed the fee shall be $800 per pet.

The maximum occupancy of the property is 2 persons per bedroom plus 2 persons if the property has a sofa bed and occupancy limits may not be exceeded. Failure to comply with the maximum occupancy may result in expulsion from the property without refund and may also constitute a violation of State Law.

All members of the party shall vacate the property by 10.00am on the day of departure stated except where a late check out has been approved by our Reservations department the day prior to departure and the late check out fee paid. If a late check out has not been approved and paid for, a minimum charge of 1 night’s accommodation at the prevailing rack rate will apply for departures occurring after 10.00am.

These must be returned to IPG’s welcome center by 12.00 midday on the day of departure. Failure to do so will incur a fee of $60 per key and $50 per remote.

These can be issued only once full payment has been made and we have received a copy of your credit card and photo ID.

Where written notice of cancellation is received:

I, and the rest of my party, in consideration of the use of the swimming facilities at the property (if applicable), hereby expressly assume all risks associated with our use of the swimming facilities and hereby release and hold harmless IPG Professional Management, Inc., IPG of America, Inc., and any and all parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, employees, successors, and assigns (the “Releasees”) from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of our use of the swimming facilities, whether or not caused by the negligence or negligent omission of Releasees, or any of them, including, without limitation, any personal injuries or damages to our property, notwithstanding the foreseeability of such injuries or damages, which may occur as a result of our use of the swimming facilities. This Release and Waiver of Liability shall be governed by the law of the State of Florida without reference to its conflicts of law rules. I warrant I am at least 25 years of age and that I have read and fully understand the foregoing terms.
