The living room has vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, and a large flat screen TV—ideal for watching your favorite movies on. The kitchen has modern appliances, and it comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, plates, and small kitchen appliances/kitchen gadgets, that you would need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. There are two dining areas. The first dining area is right next to the kitchen and will seat up to four people. The second dining area is the formal dining area, and it will seat up to six people. If you enjoy swimming, you’ll love the private swimming pool. The pool is screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out, and there are sunbeds for those who want to work on their tan and a lanai with patio furniture underneath it for those who want to enjoy the Florida weather in the shade.
There are 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, is spacious and has a queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom, complete with his and hers sinks, a large tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed. And the third and fourth bedrooms both have two twin beds in each. All bedrooms have their own TV.

It’s convenient position also means it’s close to a number of shopping plazas and malls. There are a number of great eateries, bars and cafes to choose from in this up-market neighborhood, so it’s definitely worth a visit.
