This private villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and over 1900 square feet of living space. It's perfect for a family or small group of friends, as it will comfortably sleep up to 8 people. It's located in the well-known. beautiful Solana Resort in Davenport, just minutes to restaurants and shopping, and only about 20 minutes to Walt Disney World. With a fully-equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, two living areas and two dining areas, you are sure to feel right at home! The first living room, the formal living room, is set up with a comfortable sofa and loveseat seat and shares it's space with the dining area, which will seat up to 6 people. Just off the fully-equipped, L-shaped kitchen is a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools. There’s also a breakfast nook that will seat up to 4 additional people. The second living area also has a comfortable sofa (sleeper sofa) and loveseat set and a large flat screen TV and entertainment stand. This is a great place to sit back and relax after a long day out at the parks. There is also a patio door in the living area that leads to the pool area. There are 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, views of the pool, and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and garden tub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom is great for kids because there are two single beds and it’s Mickey Mouse themed. The fourth bedroom also has two single beds and is beach themed. Need a little entertainment? Choose from either the pool or the games room. The games room is in the converted garage and has a foosball table and air hockey table. You’ll spend hours in here playing the games. If you’d rather be outside, head to your own private pool area. The pool area is screened-in to keep those pesky bugs out, has a large pool and spa, sun loungers for sunbathing, and seating to sit down and enjoy a drink outside.


Community Description

Solana Resort is located just to the southwest of Walt Disney World, just off Highway 27 between I-4 and US Highway 192 and has a gated entrance. This makes it ideally placed for access to the main roads to any of Central Florida’s attractions from the Gulf Coast to the Space Coast, and of course the theme parks! Only 15 minutes from Disney, it is located off one of the areas fastest developing roads (Highway 27). Getting to anywhere in the Central Florida area is a breeze. It also means that you are close to some of the areas best golf courses if you are intending a golf vacation, such as Highlands Reserve Golf Club which is only 1 mile away, Orange Lake Golf Club and Greg Norman’s Champions Gate to name only a few.The community of Solana has a clubhouse open daily from 7:30am - 9:00pm with a games room and picnic area, heated community pool with a depth from 3ft to 5ft with hot tub and is open from dawn to dusk, internet café with 7 computers, spacious lounge with large flat screen TV, snack room, fitness room, climbing wall, putting green for practicing before hitting the many golf courses in the area, beach volleyball court and a grassed five-a-side soccer pitch. The community also has a family-oriented activity schedule that changes monthly.Sea World and Universal Studios, amongst others, are also just a short drive away. Convenient too for shopping, including the factory outlets and superb Florida and Millennia Malls, it is going to be difficult to fit everything into a single vacation! Solana is conveniently only 4.5 miles from the area’s newest Super Wal-Mart for groceries and about everything else you could want or need. They even have an International Food Isle selling all the British favorites, from Branston Pickle to Heinz Baked Beans in tomato sauce!
