This is a fantastic villa with everything you could need in terms of a vacation home.

The home is of excellent quality and very clean. There are 2 lounge areas, a contemporary dining area, a breakfast dining area, and a further lounge with large screen TV. The kitchen is full equipped with everything you need and even has new modern black stainless steel appliances so you are in for a truly luxury stay.

The back lounge has patio doors leading to the pool area with chairs, table, sunloungers. The pool has a safety fence which is especially critical with little one's. The pool area is screened in to keep biting inspects out.
The pool can be heated as an option and recommeded between November and April


The Queen master bedroom is large and has an equally large en-suite leading to the closet. The second bedroom is also a Queen and both Queen rooms have TV's

Disney Theme Parks are 20 minutes away, 15 Minutes to the brand new Lego Land at Cypress Gardens, 25 minutes to Sea World and Universal Studios, 45 minutes to Tampa, and 45-60 minutes to arrive at either coast.

Just beyond our 24 hour manned gatehouse you will find lots of restaurants, pubs, and shopping. Especially convenient and within walking distance from our gates is the 24 hour Wal-Mart Supercenter where you can stock up on all your food and beverage needs. Great designer outlet shopping is a quick car ride away, as is many award winning restaurants. For our foreign visitors there are many local Pubs that will make you feel at home while watching the sports you love.
