This could be the vacation home for you. It has 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and it sleeps up to 12 people. This vacation home is great for one, two, or three families traveling together with lots of small kids. Let’s go over the bedroom setup. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, a garden tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed. The third bedroom has a queen-size beds. And the fourth, fifth, and sixth bedrooms all have two single beds, which are perfect for younger members of the family. Now, let’s go over the rest of the house. The kitchen is large and has stainless steel appliances, an island, white cabinetry, and blue countertops. Most importantly, this kitchen comes fully equipped. Just off of the kitchen is the breakfast nook. Here, you’ll find a round table and seating for up to 4 people. Need somewhere to eat that has more than 4 places to sit? No problem. There is a formal dining area that has a rectangular table and 6 chairs. This is the perfect place for everyone to come together to enjoy a meal. There are three living areas. The main living area is on the ground floor at the back of the house and has a large leather sofa, armchair, large flat screen TV, and access to the pool area via glass patio doors. The second living area is also on the ground floor at the front of the house. This is a more formal living area where you and others can have a quiet conversation together. Upstairs, there’s a small living area that has a tropical-style couch and another flat screen TV. Head outdoors at the back, and you’ll be in the screened-in pool area. Here, there’s a large lagoon-shaped pool that’s just waiting for someone to swim in it. There’s also a circular spa and sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan.


Community Details

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
