With two large lounges, formal dining area, 2 dining tables, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, Dishwasher and refrigerator. Bedrooms: 1 king-size bedroom with ensuite bathroom with Tub and walk in Shower, 2 bedrooms with twin beds and a fourth bedroom with a Queen double bed. Family bathroom with bath/Shower combination to share. Further toilet with sink is downstairs for convenience when you are in the pool, or relaxing on the patio deck. An addition is the pool table in the den area at the top of the stairs plus a flat screen TV in the main lounge , and small TV's in the two master and guest master bedrooms. Ceiling fans are also fitted for the hotter nights and full air conditioning. Pool Deck has a relaxing area with a spa which can be heated to soothe the muscles after asll your walking as the Attractions or abundance of shops at the outlet Malls. Golf is nearby with Champions Gate course nearby, also Providence Golf Community (at the end of the Ronald Reagan Parkway) or Highlands Reserve for another local course. Champions Gate Village has the Publix for yooooour groceries and currently due to recently remodelling there is a variety of restaurants, with many menus to choose from, namely American, Mexican, Thai, Itallian and firm favorites for everyone including Wendys, Panera Bread, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Dunkin Donuts. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with driving rules in Florida, inparticular the car seats for children and the Florida laws. Feee wifi is included & hairdriers in all bathrooms. No Pets or Smoking Permitted and finmes will be processed against the lead guests card for damages and any evidence of pets or smoking upon the departure inspection. Property Managers are available if you have any issues and please check the villa directory for information regarding the home. Additional housekeeping can be arranged and a late checkout (with a minimum of 24 hours notice) and are payable locally via the Propeerty Managers.
