There are two living rooms. The first living room is at the front of the house, and it has a couple of comfortable sofas, a recliner, and a flat screen TV. The second living room is at the back of the house, and it has a couple of comfortable sofas and another flat screen TV. The kitchen has modern appliances and plenty of countertop space. It also comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, plates, and small kitchen appliances/kitchen gadgets that you would need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. When it’s time to eat, you can choose between the kitchen dining area and the formal dining area, which both seat six people. Enjoy swimming? If so, you’ll love the pool and spa. It’s screened in to keep those pesky bugs out, and it backs onto conservation area. There’s also a lanai with patio furniture underneath it for those who want to enjoy the Florida weather in the shade. Please note: there is NO pool heat
There are 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, which are great for children. The third bedroom has a full-sized bed.
