Located less than 8 miles from Disney World, this vacation home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and over 2,300 square feet of living space. Is sleeps up to 10 people, making it perfect for larger families and groups.
The living room is large, has vaulted ceilings, and plenty of natural light. It also has three stylish sofas and a large flat screen TV mounted to wall, making it the perfect place to watch all your favorite movies after a long day out at the parks. The kitchen is a decent size, and it has granite countertops, plenty of workspace, and stainless-steel appliances. It also comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, plates, and small kitchen appliances/kitchen gadgets that you would need to put together your favorite home-cooked meals. When it’s time to eat, you can choose between the kitchen dining area, which will seat up to four people, or the formal dining room area, which will seat up to six people.
If you want entertainment options, you won’t be disappointed. Firstly, the screened-in pool area has a large, sparkling pool for everyone to cool off in. There are also sunbeds for those who want to work on their tans and a lanai with patio furniture underneath it for those who want to be outside, but out of the direct sunlight. If you want something fun to do indoors, head to the games room in the converted garage. Here, you’ll find a pool table, an air hockey table, and a foosball table.
There are five bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, is spacious, has a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, complete with his and hers sinks, a walk-in shower, and a large tub. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed. And the fourth and fifth bedrooms both have two twin beds in each, which are perfect for younger children. All bedrooms have their own TV.
Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, optional pool heat (where available), and in-unit laundry facilities.


Community Description


Lake Berkley resort is located just off of Highway 192, which gives you convenient access to everything you want to be near to. For example, Disney is approximately 10 minutes away and 15 to 20 minutes away from SeaWorld and Universal Studios.
Lake Berkley is a gated community, which is great if you want the added security. The amenities offered around the lake include a nature trail, volleyball court, beach area, children’s playground, tennis and basketball courts, a picnic area, and a fishing pier.
The Clubhouse includes a fitness center, lounge, business center, pools, tiki bar, Jacuzzi, and a kid’s splash area.
