The living room is spacious and has comfortable seating, tall ceilings, and a large flat screen TV, which is perfect for watching your favorite movies on after a long day out at the parks. If you enjoy cooking, you’ll love this kitchen. It has granite countertops, plenty of workspace, stainless steel appliances, and it comes fully equipped with all the pots, pan, utensils, plates, and small kitchen appliances/kitchen gadgets that would need to put together your favorite meals. When the food is ready, you can eat at either the breakfast bar, which has seating for 2, or the dining area, which has seating for up to 6 people.
Head through the glass patio doors in the living room, and you’ll step foot into the screened-in pool area. It has a large lagoon-shaped pool for everyone to cool off in, sunbeds for those who want to work on their tan, and patio furniture under a lanai for those who want to be outside, but out of the sun. If you want some indoor entertainment, head to the Disney-themed games room in the converted garage. Here, you’ll find a pool table and ski ball.
There are 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, complete with his and hers sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed. And third and fourth bedrooms both have two twin beds in each. Both these bedrooms are themed for children. One is Mickey and Minnie Mouse themed, and the other is Disney princess themed. All bedrooms have their own TV.
Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, optional pool heat (where available), and in-unit laundry facilities.


Community Description


Highlands reserve is a mixed golf community that sits on SR27 and is less than 10 miles from Disney world. The community is made up of both residential and short-term rental homes ranging from 3-6 bedrooms, the community is built and was designed around the golf course, so some homes have gorgeous golf course views. The community also has a children’s play lot, tennis courts and, of course, the golf course, practice area and small clubhouse. The golf course itself is very well known and was designed to be tree lined and undulating it was based on some of the Scottish golf courses with spacious fairways and large but very difficult greens. When you book one of the homes to stay in on vacation you get discounts for playing the golf course.
