The villa is in Cypress Pointe, has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 10. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, is downstairs and has an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities. The second and third bedrooms are great for the younger members of the family since they both have two single beds. Bedroom four has a queen-size bed, and bedroom five has a king-size bed with small en-suite bathroom. Don’t worry, all bedrooms have their own TV. Now that we’ve covered the bedrooms, let’s move onto the communal areas. The kitchen is all modern and up-to-date. It has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dark wooden cabinets, and a long breakfast bar that has seating for up to 4. The kitchen also overlooks the living area, which has two large, black leather sofas and access to the pool area via the patio door. If you want to sit down with everyone at the table, why not use the formal dining suite, which has seating for up to 6. Upstairs there’s a den with a desk, a sectional sofa, and a TV. It wouldn’t be a Florida vacation without access to the pool. Luckily, this villa has screened-in pool area with a large pool and spa to cool off in. There are sun loungers for those who want to work on their tan. And for those who want to limit how much sun they get, there’s a covered lanai.
