This Coral Cay Resort townhome boasts four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a private hot tub, and a foosball table.
The living room has tile flooring, comfortable furnishings, and a flat screen TV—perfect for watching those classic Disney movies on. The living room is also well-lit thanks to the large glass patio doors, which lead directly to the patio area. Enjoy cooking? You’ll have no problem putting together tasty meals in this kitchen. It comes fully equipped with modern appliances, cutlery, pots, pans, and all the small appliances/kitchen gadgets you would need. There’s even a breakfast bar, with a couple of seats. If you need a dining area with a few more seats, there’s a dining area just off of the kitchen, which will seat up to 4 people. Head through those patio doors in the living room, and you’ll enter the screened-in patio area complete with patio furniture, private hot tub, and lake view.
There are four bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, is large and spacious. It has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is also quite spacious, and it also has a king-size bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds, which are great for kids. And the fourth bedroom has a full-size bed/futon. It also doubles as a games room complete with a foosball table.

PLEASE NOTE: The hot tub is available for use, for stays of 7 nights or more only. Reservations that are staying less than 7 nights will not be able to use the hot tub.

Community Description:
Coral Cay is a gated resort community with great resort-style amenities, including: a large clubhouse with lounge, heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, kiddie splash pool, movie theater, games room, soccer fields, walking trail, picnic area, and children’s play area.

Nestled just minutes from Kissimmee’s bustling tourism corridor, the Coral Cay Resort features a variety of two-story townhouses with convenient parking spaces directly in front of each unit. Enjoy a peaceful water view with a leisurely walk along the small lake at the center of the neighborhood. The clubhouse is centrally located just inside the main gated entrance. Use of these secured amenities is available to all guests. Behind the clubhouse is an outdoor pool area with a wading pool for the youngsters, large family pool and hot tub. Sunbathe on the pool deck or rest in the shade under the covered areas. Indoors, you can gather with friends or meet new ones in the inviting lounge while practicing your skills at the pool table. You can work out in the well-equipped fitness room. Watch a movie in the theater room furnished with 20 reclining chairs. The large kitchen is available if you want to bring over some refreshments to enjoy while using the variety of amenities. Two play areas are located at opposite ends of the community. A sand volleyball court also offers fun for the whole family. Coral Cay is only a short drive to major retail stores and discount shopping outlets, mini-golf and 18-hole courses, local attractions, nightlife, ethnic and popular chain restaurants, and last but not least, the world-renowned theme parks. Be sure to take a stroll through history at the nearby pioneer village with its restored buildings plus trails and picnic area. Gulf and Atlantic coast beaches and a large casino are just over an hour away with nearby highway access.
