This 1,290 square-foot vacation townhome is located within the Emerald Island Resort and has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.
Cooks can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, which comes with modern appliances, pots, pans, utensils, and all the small kitchen appliances/kitchen gadgets that you would need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. Enjoy your meals around the dining table, which will seat up to five people. After a long day at the parks, why not enjoy a classic Disney movie on the TV whilst relaxing on the comfortable sofas in the large living room. Since the communal areas are open plan, the windows and glass patio doors that line the back wall let natural light flood in the rooms. Walk through those patio doors, and you’ll find a small, covered patio area with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy a nice drink in the evening.
There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds.
Other conveniences include free Wi-Fi Internet access, optional pool heat (where available), and in-unit laundry facilities. Please note: The guest provides a $10 deposit per Gate Access Card. A Gate Access Card is required per vehicle. Presently, the $10 is refundable when the Gate Access Card is returned to the Clubhouse at the end of stay, provided it is not damaged.
Community Description
Emerald Island Resort has so much to offer guests. First, it has a 24-hour manned guardhouse for added security. For those wanting to cool off, there is a large community pool with hot tub. There’s even tiki bar, if you want to have a pool-side drink. Have kids? Take advantage of the playground. The clubhouse is 4,000 square-feet, has a lounge, exercise room, sauna, café, meeting rooms, business services, and Internet access. Like sports? If so, there is a volleyball court and tennis courts for you to enjoy. If you want to go on a relaxing walk, you can do so through Emerald Island Resort’s 11-acre nature preserve.

An impressive drive out to the Emerald Island Resort combines the man-made architectural delights of colonnades with the beauty of nature as it curves by lakes and palm trees up to the gated entry with 24-hour security. This community of upscale detached homes and rows of attached townhouses offers a peaceful haven with outstanding amenities. The deluxe accommodations are suitable for small families or large groups with units ranging from 3 to 7 bedrooms. Each unit is completely furnished and has fully-equipped kitchen and laundry areas. Single family homes have private pools, but all are welcome to enjoy the community pool and spa at the recreation center. The community clubhouse offers entertainment for everyone with the fitness room, sauna, planned activities, lounge and game areas, and arcade room. Conveniences include concierge staff, internet access, stamp machine and ATM. Tennis, sand volleyball and basketball courts are also on site.
