Located just 20 minutes away from Disney, this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation villa sleeps up to 8 people in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club. Let’s see what this home has to offer. One of the nice things about this property is that it has wood and tiled flooring and tall ceilings throughout the house. The living room has a swanky L-shaped leather sofa, direct access to the pool area via glass patio doors, and a large flat screen TV for watching all your favorite movies and TV shows on. Overlooking the living room is the kitchen, which has stainless steel appliances, and comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen appliances that you’d need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. When it’s time to eat, you can do so at the breakfast bar, kitchen dining table, or formal dining table. Alternatively, if you fancy some al-fresco dining, head to the pool area and you can dine there on the outdoor dining furniture. And while we’re talking about the pool area, let’s see what else this area has to offer. Firstly, it’s screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out. It has a large, lagoon-shaped pool to cool off in and a spa to relax in. There are privacy trees and bushes around the perimeter of the pool to keep the neighbors’ eyes out. For those who want to work on their tan, there are sunbeds dotted around the pool area. Pool can be heated for an extra cost.
If you want some indoor entertainment head the games room in the converted garage. Here, you’ll find a foosball table and a pool table for hours of enjoyment.
There are 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom the master bedroom has a king-sized bed, access to the pool area via glass patio doors, and an en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms also have king-sized beds. And the fourth bedroom has a queen-sized bed.

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
