Located in the golfing community of Highlands Reserve, which is just 15 minutes from Walt Disney World (about 10 miles), Ian's Serene Golf View Abode is the perfect place for a large family of group of friends to vacation at. There are 3 living/sitting rooms. The first living room, the formal living room, is at the front of the house and has plenty of natural light thanks to large, tall windows that let the light pour into the room. There are also a couple of comfortable, orange-red sofas, to relax on and a small TV. The second living room area, the main living room, is towards the back of the house. Like the formal living room, natural light pours into the room thanks to glass patio doors. There are also a couple of chunky, comfortable sofas, two cushy arm chairs, and a decent-sized TV for watching all your favorite Disney movies on. The third living room area is located upstairs, and it also doubles as an office and an extra room for someone to sleep in. Here, you'll find an arm chair, daybed, desk, and computer. Plan on cooking during your stay? If so, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. It has modern appliances, plenty of countertop space, and it overlooks the 2nd living room area. When it's time to eat, you can do so at either at the breakfast bar/kitchen island, which seats two, in the kitchen dining area, which seats four, in the formal dining room, which seats six people around a beautiful, ornate dining room suite, or you can choose to dine alfresco by the pool. What is there to do at this property? For starters, there is a large, refreshing pool for all to cool off in. The pool area is screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out, and it also has great views of the golf course. For those who want to work on their tan, there are sunbeds dotted around the pool area. If you want some indoor entertainment, head to the games room in the garage. Here, you'll find a pool table, a foosball table, and a basketball game. There are five bedrooms, plus the upstairs "third living room", which can double as an additional sleeping area. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed. The third bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The fourth and fifth bedrooms both have two single/twin bedrooms. And the sixth sleeping area has a daybed (a sofa that doubles as a single/twin bed). This property also comes with free Wi-Fi Internet and in-unit laundry facilities.
