It also provides direct access to the pool area via glass patio doors. The galley kitchen has everything you’d need to put together tasty home-cooked meals, including modern appliances, pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen gadgets. When it’s time to eat, you can do so at the kitchen dining area, which seats up to four people, or at the formal dining area, which seats up to six people and looks out onto the pool area through additional glass patio doors. The pool area is screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out and surrounded by a privacy fence to keep prying eyes out. Here, you’ll also find an outdoor dining area, where you can enjoy a meal, and a couple of sunbeds for those who want to work on their tan. The pool itself is a great size for all to enjoy and the ultimate way to escape the Florida heat. If you fancy some indoor entertainment, head to the games room in the converted garage. Here, you’ll find an air hockey table, table tennis table, and a foosball table. There are three bedrooms. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin/single beds.
