The living room is furnished with modern furnishings and has a comfortable L-shaped sofa, modern art on the walls, and a large flat screen smart TV mounted on the wall. Any chef would love to cook in this home's kitchen! It has granite countertops, a gas range, white cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances. There's also plenty of countertop space for doing all your food prep work. When it's time to eat, you can do so in the formal dining area, which seats eight. The kitchen dining table area seats four, and there is also a curved island that seats up to eight. Fancy some alfresco dining? Great! There is a lanai with an outdoor dining suite underneath it. After filling everyone's bellies with delicious food, why not test out the entertainment options that this home offers: the pool, the games room, and the movie theater room. Head through the patio doors in the living room, and you'll step foot into the pool area. It's screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out, and it comes with a refreshing pool to cool off in and a spa to relax in after a long day out at the parks (pool heat available for an additional cost). For those who want to work on their tan, there are a couple of sunbeds dotted around the pool area. Want an area to run around and play catch? If so, there is a large grassy area right behind the house to do so. If you prefer some indoor entertainment, you won't be disappointed. There are six bedrooms, including two master suites. All bedrooms have their own smart TV, so there shouldn't be any fighting over the remote control! There are 13 separate beds! The master suite on the first floor has a king bed, and you can walk outdoors directly to the pool via the private entrance! Attached to the master bedroom is the newly remodeled ensuite bathroom with easy access walk-in shower and dual sink vanity. The second master bedroom is upstairs with an ensuite bathroom and king bed. The third bedroom also has a king bed. Now for the three themed rooms! The Star Wars bedroom has a full-size bed with a roll out twin trundle bed underneath. The Minions and Mickey Mouse themed rooms each have two sets of bunk beds (4 beds per room/8 twin beds total). The Mickey Mouse and Minions are connected via a private jack and Jill bathroom with dual sinks. This property comes with free hi-speed Spectrum Wi-Fi Internet, in-unit laundry facilities, and pool heat (additional cost for pool heat). PLEASE NOTE: There is a separate 1-time Amenity Access Fee that you have to pay at the clubhouse in order to gain access to all the resort amenities.
