It has black appliances, granite countertops, stylish cabinets, a breakfast bar that seats up to 2 people, and you can see the dining and living area from it. When it’s time to eat, there is seating for up to 4 people to dine together in the dining area. Thinking you’ll be doing some lounging around? No problem. This condo has a great living room. It has a blue leather sofa, 2 blue leather recliners, a large flat screen TV for your entertainment, natural light from the glass patio door, and access to the outdoor screened-in patio/balcony area. Here, there is a large patio table and some chairs for everyone to sit on and admire the views of the bay and watch the dolphins. There are 2 bedrooms. Casa Bonita Royale is directly on the bay and has an outdoor communal swimming pool that’s heated. It also has boat docks, shuffleboard, and a private deeded beach access across the street. It is just a short drive to great shopping, wonderful restaurants, and Southwest Florida International Airport.
