Attention small families and small groups looking to spend some time on the West Florida Coast! What we have here to show you is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathoom beach-front condo in need of some guests. It’s on the 2nd floor (accessible by elevator) and sleeps up to 6 people on 3 beds and a sofa bed. Staying here will let you go to the beach whenever you want in a matter of steps. There’s no need to go on a walking or driving quest to reach the beach. This condo is located directly on it! What’s more, staying here entitles you to some awesome views of the ocean from the condo. Let’s see what else this condo has to offer. One of the first rooms you’ll come across when you enter the condo is the galley-shaped kitchen. Don’t be fooled by its size. It comes fully equipped with all the utensils and equipment you’d ever need when preparing a meal. It also has light cabinets, green countertops, modern appliances, a breakfast bar, and you can see the living and dining room from it, allowing you to socialize all you want. Once you’re done cooking, there’s a quaint little dining area with a circular wooden table and 4 seats for everyone to sit down at and eat together. And after a long day out at the beach swimming and sunbathing, the living room will be ready for you to come back and relax in. It has 2 large, comfortable green sofas for everyone to spread out on, a TV for everyone’s entertainment, and a glass patio door that lets plenty of natural light in and provides access to the outdoor screened in balcony/patio. Here, there’s nothing better to do than to sit down on the patio furniture with your favorite drink at night and just listen to the waves crashing as you sip on the drink. There are 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom is the master bedroom, and it has a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (perfect for younger members of the family). If you need more room for 1 or 2 more people to sleep, head to the living room where you can convert the sofa into a sofa bed.


Community Description

Whilst at Dolphin Way, guests can enjoy the heated beachfront swimming pool, bay-side tennis courts, fishing pier, barbeque area, and boat slips (available on the bay). The Big Hickory Marina and Grille restaurant is walking distance from the condo.
