The dedicated dining area is off of the fully equipped kitchen. There is an oversized screen lanai with a vaulted ceiling, overlooking the brand new heated saltwater pool/spa. A full-size washer & dryer are located in the garage. Walk for miles and enjoy dolphins, manatees, sea turtles, and countless entertaining birds. Take a nap and come back with a cocktail and a chair for a guaranteed-spectacular sunset!
