This home has 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms and has 1937 square feet of comfortable living space.

The living room has a comfortable sectional sofa and a flat screen TV. It's ideal for those family movie nights; just add popcorn! Connected to the living room is the breathtaking open kitchen. It has clean, white cabinets, white appliances and beautiful grante countertops. It also has a large island with breakfast bar. Once you've cooked your meals in the fully equipped kitchen, gather around the dining table to enjoy that delicious food.

The master bedroom has an oversized king bed, flat screen TV and private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is also a master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV and private ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have two twin beds and a flat screen TV. The 3rd bathroom is a shared guest bathroom.

The private, screened-in pool is the perfect hang-out spot for those days that you just want to lounge around the house. There are no rear neighbors and with the larger than normal lot sizes, there is plenty of space between you and the next door neighbors. The pool area faces to the East, so you are able to see the gorgeous Florida sunrise (if you wake up early enough). Don't forget to ask about having the pool heated during those cooler months. It is an additional fee, but definitely work it.
