This second-floor condo (there’s an elevator in the building) has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and sleeps up to 2 people. Want to enjoy the sandy beach? Access to the beach is easy with a simple walk across the street. Want to relax by the pool? There’s a communal pool downstairs. As you walk through the front door, you immediately step into the kitchen, which has modern appliances, granite countertops, comes fully equipped with everything you’d need to whip up something tasty, and has a small breakfast nook/dining area with seating for four people. Just past the kitchen is the living room. Here, there’s a white leather recliner and sofa. There’s also a flat screen TV and access to the screened-in, covered patio via the patio doors, which let in plenty of natural sun light. Ready for a good night’s rest? Head to the master bedroom area, which has a queen-size bed. The bedroom is open plan and is just behind the living room.


Community Description

The Bonita Beach & Tennis Club has two heated pools and a full-service restaurant, ten Har-Tru tennis courts and plenty of other outdoor recreation. Walk across the street to Doc's Beach House for great food, recreation, and beach rentals. If you're looking to work on your tan, feel free to walk downstairs and sit out by the pool or enjoy the beautiful white sand of the beach across the street.
