Anyone who likes cooking will thoroughly be impressed by this kitchen. It has stainless-steel appliances and it looks out onto the dining and living areas. The kitchen also comes fully equipped with all the equipment, like, bowls, cutlery, kitchen gadgets, small appliances etc., so you’ll never have to worry about not having the correct equipment to make a meal.
Just off of the kitchen is the dining area. Here, you’ll find a large, rectangular, chunky, glass table and 6 seats. This is the perfect place for the whole family to get together and enjoy a meal.

The living room is stylish and big. It has 2 sofas and a large TV, and glass patio doors that let in plenty of natural light as well as let out anyone who wants to go to the screened-in pool area.

Outside, you’ll find a huge pool, a covered lanai with a table and 4 chairs around it. Being in the pool area is a great way to take advantage of the Florida weather while admiring the views of the golf course and being in the comfort of your own, private place.
Pool heating can be requested for an extra cost before arriving to the house.

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand. Golfers will be in heaven on the Southern Dunes award-winning course, simply pay and play (electric buggies included). The Club House serves wonderful family lunch, dinner, and a fabulous Sunday brunch.
