The living room has a large L-shaped leather sofa, comfortable armchair, and a flat screen TV mounted to the wall, which is perfect for watching your favorite Disney movies on after a long day out at the parks. There’s a small bar area, complete with fridge and wine glasses for those who fancy a nice drink or two whilst enjoying the movies, and there is also a small sitting area just off the living room where two people can sit down together with a drink and have a nice conversation. If you enjoy cooking at home, you won’t be disappointed with his kitchen. It has stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and it comes fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small kitchen appliances that you’d need to put together tasty home-cooked meals. When it’s time to eat, you can do so at the breakfast bar/kitchen island, which seats up to four people. Or you can eat at the dining table, which seats up to six people. Fancy some pool-side dining? Great! Head outside to the pool area, and you’ll find an outdoor dining area that’ll seat up to six people. And while we’re talking about the pool area, let’s go over this space a little more. Firstly, it’s screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out. There’s a large, refreshing pool for those who want to cool off, and there are sunbeds dotted around the pool for those who want to work on their tan. There’s even a lanai, lawn area, and an outdoor TV! If you want some indoor entertainment, head to the games room. Here, you’ll find a large flat screen TV mounted to the wall, a foosball table, and two video game stations, complete with Xbox game consoles!
There are four bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The third bedroom has a queen and single bed. And the fourth bedroom has a single-over-full bunkbed.
