This vacation home has a well-equipped kitchen with everything you’d need to whip up a great meal. There’s plenty of counter space to prepare and cook and the appliances are modern. For informal dining, choose from the breakfast bar, which seats 3, or the breakfast nook, which seats 4 and is right next to a bay window. For something a little more intimate and formal, there is a formal dining area, which seats up to 8 people. There are two living areas: a formal and informal living room. The informal living area is just off the kitchen and is the place for the kids to hang out and watch a movie from the DVD collection. Alternatively, the formal living room is a great place for some pre-dinner drinks and conversation. Here is the bedroom layout. The first bedroom, the master bedroom, has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and private balcony. Bedroom two and three both have a queen-size bed. Bedrooms four and five both have two single beds. The two best features of this house? The games room and pool. The games room in the converted garage has a pool table, air hockey table, and foosball table. You’re sure to spend hours playing in here. If you’d rather be outside, take a dip in the pool and jacuzzi. Or catch some rays on one of the sun loungers. There’s also a beautiful covered area where you can escape the sun’s rays under the covered lanai. Here, you’ll find a table and chairs where you can relax and even enjoy a bit of al fresco dining.

Community Description


West Haven is located in Davenport and is a group of separate communities all gated within this area. The homes are 3,4,5 and 6 bedrooms, most with private pools and there are communities within that have their own small community pool and playgrounds. The development is lush in landscaping and is only a few minutes from both the SR27 and the Interstate 4 both of which will get you into the Orlando theme parks and surrounding restaurants and stores. The development is very close to the Posner Park shopping center which has a Cinemax theater as well as various eateries and a Starbucks. West Haven’s amenities include a clubhouse, resort-style pool, fitness center, playground, tennis court, and a beach volleyball court.
